Please plan to join us on October 7 or 8 for one of our statewide community forums hosted by the AZSILC, in partnership with Arizona’s 5 Centers for Independent Living and Arizona Rehabilitation Services Administration. These forums provide you with an opportunity to share your ideas and thoughts about successful programs and services that are helping people who have disabilities to live independently and areas where gaps in services exist.
Arizona Community Forums For People Who Have Disabilities
October 7 and 8, 3:30pm – 5:30pm

People who have disabilities, their family members, caregivers, service providers and the general public are invited to join us at one of 8 locations across the state. Please note, registration is free but is required.
- Share how existing programs and services are successfully helping with independent living
- Identify and prioritize areas of need and gaps in services
- Provide input that will help to direct future funding and resources
