AZSILC Meetings
Board, Council, and Committees
Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council (AZSILC) meetings are open to the public.
Requests for meeting participant access needs, including the use of individual notetaking apps/devices and language translation is required at least two weeks in advance and is included on meeting registration links.
You may also request accessibility services for meetings by:

Board of Directors
The AZSILC Board of Directors are Council members, who are elected by the Council to serve a dual role, which includes ensuring organizational sustainability, fiscal integrity, and oversight related to human resources. Members must serve on the Council.

Council
The Council members are appointed by the Governor, and the composition of Council membership is determined through federal law and currently must be a majority of people who have disabilities who are not employed by a state agency or Center for Independent Living, who represent the diversity of the state of Arizona.
