¡AZSILC quiere conectarse contigo!
Por favor, ayuda a informar el trabajo y las prioridades del Consejo Independiente de Vida del Estado de Arizona (AZSILC) participando en cualquiera de las oportunidades de opinión pública que se enumeran a continuación.
Se proporcionarán ASL y CART en todas las sesiones. Otras necesidades de accesibilidad, incluyendo necesidades de acceso a idiomas, deben solicitarse al menos con dos semanas de anticipación usando el formulario de acceso equitativo para completar una Solicitud de Acceso de AZSILC o enviando un correo electrónico a operations@azsilc.org.
A partir de octubre de 2026, AZSILC realizará sesiones presenciales de recopilación de información sobre SPIL en todo el estado.

Please help to inform the work and priorities of Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council (AZSILC) by participating in any of the Public Input opportunities listed below.
ASL and CART will be provided for all sessions. Requests for meeting additional participant access needs, including the use of individual notetaking apps/devices and ensuring diverse language access is required two weeks in advance. Please request accessibility services for meetings by one of these methods two weeks in advance:

- Calling 602-262-2900 and sharing your request by phone
AZSILC will try to accommodate requests received at a later date, but this may not always be possible.

What will your input be used for?
- To help us determine what is important to people who have disabilities in Arizona
- To help us identify strong practices that are helpful, obstacles to community living, and trends happening in different parts of the state
- To help us make decisions about how best to spend our time and energy for the greatest good
- To directly influence what goes into the next Arizona State Plan for Independent Living (AZSPIL), our federally required multiyear strategic plan.
Beginning in October 2026, AZSILC will be holding in person SPIL Information Gathering Sessions across the state!
